- Lemon Juice. 1 Tsp
- Coconut Milk 1 Cup
- Mint. 8 Leaves
- Ice. 2 Cups
- Dry Coconut 1 Tsp
- Granola 1 Tsp
1. Wash and Peel the Dragon Fruit.
2. Add 2 cups ice, 1 cup Coconut Milk, 10 Oz of Red Dragon Fruit (Red Flesh) and 1 tps lemon juice to a blender.
3. Blend until Smooth.
4. Pour into a Mason Jar or regular Glass cup, Garnish with Dry Coconut, Granola and mint leaves and serve immediately.
