At the moment, we are only offering U.S. Domestic Shipping for selected products that can be found in "Products we ship" section. All other items are only available through local delivery. 

Local Delivery

Important information:
Please make sure that the title of products in your shopping cart does not contain the word "Shipping"

At the moment we offer local delivery for Miami-Dade and Broward Counties in Florida.

I want to say sorry for the inconvenience but most of the local orders might be delayed. Please call us or send an email if your order is urgent.

Our delivery times are from 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM Monday - Saturday.

Most orders received before 1:00 PM will be delivered the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders received after 1:00 PM will be delivered the next day. 

If no one is present at the delivery location (customer's shipping address), the delivery courier will leave the items at your front door. 

At the moment, we are offering free local delivery until August 1st for orders over $24.99. After our promotional period ends, we will be offering local delivery for a flat $10 fee if orders are less than $49.99. 

U.S. Domestic Shipping

Important information:
Please select the item that includes "shipping" in the title of the product you are trying to purchase, (i.e "Mangosteen Shipping")

You can find items available for U.S. Domestic Shipping in "Products we ship" section.

Orders are shipped Monday thru Wednesday to ensure that products arrive fresh.

Most orders received before 1:00 PM will ship the same day. Orders received after 1:00 PM will be shipped the next day.

Items will be shipped at no charge using U.S. Priority Mail (1-3 days) or 2 Day UPS Air for delicate products.

Items are shipped from Miami, Florida. 

Congo Tropicals does not accept refund/returns. By placing an order with us you agree with the following:

Refunds will not be accepted. Instead, store credit will be given if the items received are damaged, upon photo proof immediately after delivery. Once the items are delivered, please take a photo (with good lighting and quality) and send it to franky@caproinc.com. We will give a one-hour window upon delivery to send the photos. Any photos sent after the one-hour window will not be accepted for store credit.
