Japanese sweet potatoes, otherwise known as Murasaki, are an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin A, and dietary fiber. For those that didn't think you can get an anti-aging treatment while you eat, Japanese sweet potatoes are high in hyaluronic acid that helps reduce wrinkles.
